Another of the firms earliest projects, 507 South Second takes advantage of its surroundings by utilizing expansive balconies that allow residents to enjoy the beautiful setting of the adjacent park. The project also contains parking for 56 vehicles, but masks the parking levels so that the vehicles are hidden and the entire exterior appears as a more cohesive unit.
